At The Royal Petals, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality flowers and gifts that meet your expectations. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality standards.
Fresh Flowers Policy
Flowers are highly perishable products; therefore, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered. However, exceptions may apply if the product arrives damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered.
If you experience any issues, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. After review, we may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and may provide a replacement, store credit, or a full refund where appropriate.
We aim to resolve such issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, customization, or perishability. These include fresh flowers after delivery, personalized arrangements, food items such as cakes or chocolates, and any items that have been used or altered after delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled or modified only if they have not yet been processed or prepared for delivery. Once preparation has started or the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take several business days to appear in your account.
In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credit for future purchases.
Delivery Issues
If a delivery fails due to incorrect recipient information provided by the customer, The Royal Petals will not be responsible for refunds. However, we will do our best to assist in re-delivery where possible, which may involve additional charges.
